TB II Tower Defense X BETA How to Beat Void God (TB II)
Indirect damage rule, Airstrike interrupt, Medic lines, and Hard+ prep for Raze the Void.
Void God is the finale boss of Tower Battles Part II on Hard and above — that means Hard, Nightmare, and the peak Voidmare playlist. Casual never spawns him. The collab—branded Raze the Void—launched on September 26, 2026 and sits in the Void Realm with a long boss ladder before the god appears. This guide focuses on the unique Void God rules that wipe prepared lobbies who treat him like a normal HP sponge. For full peak-difficulty prep (loadouts, pacing, Oct patch tweaks), use the dedicated Voidmare guide alongside this finale checklist.
Event overview and patch context: TB II Collab. Token rewards for the free pass: Battle Pass. If you still struggle with Expert fundamentals, clear that first via How to Beat Expert.
The golden rule: you do not shoot Void God directly
Uniquely, Void God only loses health when other enemies on the map take damage. Your towers do not melt the giant the way they melt Eradicator. Every add wave, cyst pack, and spawn during the finale is the real DPS window. If the field is empty, the boss bar stalls even while your DPS towers look busy.
Practical consequences:
- Build for add clear and sustained AoE, not only single-target boss nukes.
- Keep farms of trash alive long enough to dump damage into them—without leaking the base.
- Bring resistance shred and laser / gold resist answers when Void spawns use those defenses.
- Do not panic when towers refuse to “target” the god; watch the add HP instead.
Extinction Event slam and GDA Airstrike
Void God’s Extinction Event slams a hand onto the map, dealing huge tower damage and applying a stun that ignores normal stun immunity. The interrupt: call a GDA Airstrike when the audio / call-box cue appears. A successful airstrike negates the slam and deals a large chunk of damage (values differ by Hard versus Nightmare / Voidmare).
Micro habit that separates clears from wipes:
- During the Void God phase, camp near airstrike calling boxes.
- Call every ready airstrike on cue—do not save them for “later.”
- Missing the interrupt stuns Medics and DPS together; stunned heals cannot save Golden Juggernauts.
- After an interrupt, immediately replace any pads that still died to residual pressure.
Other abilities (Antimatter Radiation greyscale slow and tower percentage damage, Vice Grip on the base, and similar tools) punish clustered glass cannons. Spread critical supports and keep Uber / heal ready.
Medic and Combat Medic
Healing towers are strongly recommended:
- Medic — Passive heal, Uber for invulnerability / cleanse, and corruption answers when Void-family enemies convert your towers.
- Combat Medic — Revive value when AoE deletes multiple expensive towers at once; players often leave some Combat Medics unplaced so a stunned heal line does not wipe the only revive source.
Uber corrupted towers, pre-Uber Refractors or Golden Juggernauts before known slam windows, and never let your entire heal staff sit in one Extinction radius. Towers with No Friendly Buffs (for example some Warship / XWM style units) may not accept Medic heals—know your roster from Towers Overview.
Difficulty ladder inside the event
| Mode | Role |
|---|---|
| Casual | Relaxed Token farm; learn layouts without Void God |
| Hard | First Void God encounters; practice airstrike timing |
| Nightmare | Longer, harsher boss HP and spawn pressure |
| Voidmare | Peak challenge and the hardest Void God finale; expect heavy micro and full heal staffs — see Voidmare |
New event players should clear Casual for Tokens and Scout unlocks, then attempt Hard with a dedicated airstrike caller. Voidmare is a flex after Hard / Nightmare consistency—not a day-one queue.
Loadout building blocks for Hard+
Exact metas shift with patches, but winning lobbies usually cover:
- Economy — Oil Derrick / Farm-style income for expensive late pads.
- Early / mid clear — Jet Trooper, Grenadier, or similar for cysts and trash.
- Support — EDJ for firerate and discounts.
- Late DPS — Golden Juggernaut, Refractor, or collab unlocks like Scout, Aviator, Phaser, and Void Traitor once earned from the pass.
- Survivability — Medic and / or Combat Medic.
- Flex — resistance shred, spotter-style slow, or extra EDJ.
Battle Pass tower notes:
- Scout — Early unlock; aura stealth detection opens creative loadouts.
- Aviator — Strong aerial DPS for the price once unlocked mid-pass.
- Phaser / Void Traitor — Late-pass power spikes for Nightmare and Voidmare lobbies.
Grind order and tier list of rewards: Battle Pass. Named sets: Best Loadouts.
Boss ladder before the god
Respect the bosses that appear earlier in the event playlist. A typical Raze the Void roster players call out includes Void Lich, Void Warden, Void Prime, Exo Void, Void Empress, Void Devastator, and related dual / corruption variants — exact order shifts by difficulty, but the lesson does not: these fights drain Cash and tower HP before wave 48 (Hard) or the later Voidmare indexes. Void God is the finale, not the only check. If your heal line is already dead entering the god phase, reset—finishing the ladder with zero Uber charges is how close runs collapse.
Corruption note: sell or Uber converted towers quickly so they stop hurting your own defense. Second Void spawns often corrupt the same pads the first Void hit—pre-aim Uber there.
Step-by-step Void God phase
- Enter the phase with maxed economy and a living Medic cluster.
- Assign one player (or yourself in solo) to airstrike duty only when cues start.
- Dump every tower’s damage into spawns, not the god model.
- Interrupt every Extinction Event.
- Replace stunned / dead Golden Juggernauts and Refractors immediately.
- Keep at least one cleaner on First so leaks do not end the match while DPS stares at elites.
- After the kill, claim Tokens and check Battle Pass tiers before queuing again.
Common wipe causes
- Waiting for towers to “aggro” Void God directly.
- Missing airstrikes and losing the Medic line to slam stun.
- Bringing Expert Eradicator nukers without add-clear tools.
- Spending all Combat Medics early so none remain for multi-revives.
- Skipping Casual unlocks and entering Hard without Scout / economy comfort.

Void God is a systems fight: indirect damage, interrupt timing, and heal uptime. Master those three on Hard, then graduate to Voidmare when the finale feels boring instead of mythical.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Tower Defense X questions.
How do you damage Void God in Tower Defense X?
Damage other enemies on the map. Void God’s health drops from that indirect damage, not from treating the boss like a normal single target.
How do you stop Void God’s slam?
Call a GDA Airstrike when the Extinction Event cue appears. The airstrike interrupts the slam and deals bonus damage.
Which difficulties include Void God?
Hard, Nightmare, and Voidmare in the Tower Battles Part II event — he is the Hard+ finale, including peak Voidmare. Casual does not spawn Void God.
Should I bring Medic or Combat Medic?
Yes. Medic heals and Uber cleanses are core; Combat Medic revives expensive towers after AoE wipes. Many clears bring both roles across the co-op team.
When did the TB II / Raze the Void update release?
September 26, 2026, as the Tower Battles Part II collaboration with a free 72-tier Battle Pass.
